ATS' program includes a review of the existing lease templates as well as the ordinance, zoning standards, development standards, and screening policies, if applicable. ATS also provides third party site review for all wireless applications or proposals submitted to the property owner. The third party review allows for continuous updating of the Wireless Master Plan. ATS brings experienced knowledge into the planning process through best practices and the field experience that has been acquired throughout our years in business. With our experience, knowledge is passed onto the property owner to protect their best interest when entering into long term wireless leases.
