New Site Development
ATS acts as a "watchdog" for clients throughout the site development process to ensure their interests are protected. There are many steps and tasks to be completed during the development of a new site that are unfamiliar to key staff personnel, namely attorneys, general managers, directors, inspectors, engineers, etc., but these can be overseen and managed by ATS with essential client interactions. Collaborating with ATS in the development of new sites relieves staff of potentially daunting and time-consuming tasks which can delay the development process. ATS' goal is to consistently move the process along in order to achieve the end results - additional cellular coverage and lease revenues.
ATS services include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Review the lease contract, Letter of Authorization agreement, and Entry and Testing agreement
- Prepare and deliver responses between the wireless carriers and the client
- Oversee the proper execution of the documents for client's internal needs
- Negotiate the lease agreement on behalf of the client per the terms and conditions requested
- Review the initial site design, the zoning and construction drawings
- Monitor the zoning process, issuances of the permits by the local jurisdiction, and ensure all insurance certificates and construction bonds are in place prior to construction
- Perform a pre-construction site walk, monitor the on-going work activity, and ensure the final condition and on-going maintenance of the site
- Ensure any pre-payments and/ or lease payments are paid per the terms of the agreement
