Stephen Rice
Mr. Rice has been responsible for the accounting of ATS for the past two years. He was recently named to the Board of Directors and serves as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. He is an executive management professional with broad-based U.S. and international experience in a variety of industries including real estate, management consulting, non-profit, and technology. He has served on senior-level teams for the last seven years, specifically in CFO roles for multiple companies. Steve has successful turnaround, reorganization, and change management experience.
He received a Master of Business Administration from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University, Certificate in Global Enterprise Management: Organizations, Environments, and Political Economy from Kellogg College at the University of Oxford, and Bachelor of Science in marketing and economics from Illinois State University. Recently, he was named Outstanding Young Alumni by the Illinois State University Alumni Association.
