ATS is a California-based consulting firm that provides wireless planning, site marketing, process management and monetization programs to cities, counties, districts, government entities and private property owners in order to optimize wireless infrastructure and provide additional revenues.

ATS provides their clients with a comprehensive Radio Frequency Engineering analysis of the current and potential wireless sites within and surrounding the municipality's boundaries. The client's properties are entered into a database and actively marketed to the wireless carriers as potential wireless site locations. Each site developed by the carrier on the client's property is overseen by ATS through best practice processes that have been previously implemented with numerous wireless carriers and property owners. The program and partnership of ATS enables the property owner to take a pro-active approach to working within the Wireless Industry.
